What what! Are you ready for the next Write On Review-a-Thon, hosted by moi? That’s right, I’ve adopted it from The Book Vixen (thanks Brianna!). I’m not quite sure how I’m going to incorporate it with Be a Better Blogger yet, but I know the possibilities are awesome.
Anyway, my list of NetGalley books to review that have already been released is getting a little long. Most of them I haven’t reviewed yet because they had already been release by the time I got approval, but for others it’s because I had a pretty ‘meh’ reaction to them. I need to get those out of the way because they’ll only become more ‘meh’ over time. Then there are some reviews I’ve been procrastinating because I loved the book so much I know the review will be this massive thing that will take forever to write. 🙂
I won’t get them all done, but something’s better than nothing.
So, here’s my to-do list for next weekend. Once you create yours, add it to the linkup here.
My September Review-a-Thon To-Do List
Dark Wild Night by Christina Lauren– Done! Read the review.Playing with Fire by Kate Meader– Drafted, but still needs formatting.- Blurred Lines by Lauren Layne
- More Than Comics by Elizabeth Briggs
- Modern Romance by Aziz Ansari (which will be my first non-fiction review on this blog, but it’s just too relevant haha)
Update: I had a stomach bug and mostly slept the weekend away. 🙁
About the Write On Review-a-Thon
The Write On Review-a-Thon is a monthly challenge hosted by Book Bumblings. From Friday through Sunday, we all band together and write as many reviews as possible. It’s a weekend for you to either catch up on reviews or get ahead on upcoming ones. It doesn’t matter if you write one review or 1 – if you write a review, you’re in. 🙂 Join this month’s challenge here.
What’s on your to-do list?
So glad that you were able to take over the review-a-thon for Brianna! I don’t participate every month, but it’s really helped me catch up on my reviews in the past! Signed up for the email reminders, as I’m sure I’ll need them. Have fun!
Wheee thanks! Hope to see you next month. 🙂
I got one done as well and three in draft form. So that means I will be back next month. LOL! Do you know the dates yet? I need to cancel things and get to review writing on that day.
Yay for cancelling plans for blogging. 😛 I do it all the time lol. The dates for the rest of 2015 are posted here!
