My Review: I loved the first book in this series. The intrigue. The chemistry. The chase. The surrender. The second book, not so much. I actually kind of hated it. Just because it seemed kind of pointless. A lot of stuff kept happening, but the overall storyline was kind of in the same spot at the end as it was in the beginning. My Review: Recommended for: People who like conflicts with no resolution (but actually, also people who like couples who fight and keep secrets). Um, wow. So I was unsure about reading this, since it took me a really long time for me to get into One Night Promised. I originally planned to DNF it then picked it back up a few weeks later.
