About Well Hung:

From the NYT Bestselling author of MISTER O, comes a hot and hilarious new standalone...
Here’s what you need to know about me — I’m well-off, well-hung and quick with a joke. Women like a guy who makes them laugh—and I don’t mean at the size of his d*ck. No, they want their funny with a side of huge… not to mention loyal. I’ve got all that plus a big bank account, thanks to my booming construction business. Yup. I know how to use all my tools.

Enter Natalie. Hot, sexy, smart, and my new assistant. Which makes her totally off limits...

Hey, I’m a good guy. Really. I do my best to stay far away from the kind of temptation she brings to work.

Until one night in Vegas…

Yeah, you’ve heard this one before. Bad news on the business front, drowning our sorrows in a few too many Harvey Wallbangers, and then I’m banging her. In my hotel room. In her hotel room. Behind the Titanic slot machine at the Flamingo (don’t ask). And before I can make her say “Oh God right there YES!” one more time, we’re both saying yes—the big yes—at a roadside chapel in front of a guy in press-on sideburns and a shiny gold leisure suit.

But it turns out what happened in Vegas didn’t stay in Vegas. And now, my dick doesn’t stay in my pants when she’s around. I try to resist. Honest. But the more we try to keep our hands to ourselves, the more we end up naked again, and the more time I want to spend with her fully clothed, too.

The question now is…do I take this woman to be my ex-wife?

My Review:

First of all, since I haven’t posted my review of Mister O, I haven’t talked about this series since it became a…series lol.

Can we PUHLEAAAASE talk about these book titles? So. fucking. amazing.

Back when there was just Big Rock, I chuckled. I called it Big Cock in my head (because remember that book cover? You could just tell…) because I have the sense of humor of a 12 year old boy. But I never imagined I’d get even more dirty, funny, punny book titles to play with! Wheeee!

Moving on.

Oh, Hammer, you poor sucker. You chap, you.

This review will focus a lot on the beginning of the book, because for some reason I just can’t get over how Wyatt was acting. I loved it, and went back and reread up until they left for Vegas again as soon as I finished the book the first time!

I found myself actually going “Ha! That’s what you think noooow…” out loud when he would talk about keeping business and personal separate and not crossing lines and stuff.

He was SO hung up on it, he was freaking jinxing himself. DOES HE NOT KNOW HOW THE JINXES WORK?

His and Natalie’s dynamic was also so, so great in the friendship stage. It just felt like a special relationship, you know? There’s an insane amount of respect both professionally and personally – they felt like each others’ biggest fans. I mean, we know the REAL reason why now lol, but still!

And then there was Vegas. How could I not love the Vegas? But the Vegas is more what I expected from the book – amazing and sexy. The beginning was a little more of a surprise. 🙂

And Natalie is ultimate #goals. Pretty much every other thought I have about her can be summed up with that hashtag.

Once they got together, the book just got better.

On a more general note, Lauren blends her series together much more than any other author I read, and I love it. I feel like in general, “book worlds” are usually really siloed – an author can write two series taking place in the same city and the characters don’t even mention the same places. It’s like they live in the same city in different universes.

I love when I feel like I’m living in the same world as the characters, whether that means them referencing real pop culture stuff instead of fictional celebrity names, or bringing back characters from my past. 😛

When I realized this book involved Vegas, I started wondering which characters from her Sin City-based books would be referenced, and I wasn’t disappointed. 🙂
