So I posted on Tuesday about how excited that I was to read One More Night start to finish on release day! Unfortunately, life gets in the way. I’m moving on Saturday and I’ve recently discovered that I’m really bad at packing. For reals. For the amount of time I’ve spent emptying my apartment over the past few weeks, it should be A LOT emptier. *sigh* I’m bringing this up because I haven’t had time to start One More Night yet. It came out on the same day as so many other books, like Hudson (oh. my. god.) and The Dare, […]
Christina Hobbs and Lauren Billings are two of my favorite people in the world. Sure, I’ve never met them, but I’m 150% sure I’d get along with them better than I do with most of the people I interact with on a daily basis. I mean, they write great books, obviously. But also, they’re fellow #AdultDirectioners, so I know they’d love the 1D lyric graphic I couldn’t resist making for this post. And lastly, they just get me, somehow. I’m not an easy person to understand. Like, at all. And they made my day today. How, you ask? New. Books. Yo.
I’m so excited to get to share the cover for Cora Carmack’s All Broke Down today! A New Adult Contemporary Romance, and published by William Morrow – an imprint of HarperCollins, this is the second book in her Rusk University Series, and it’s set to be released on October 28, 2014! But you can pre-order it now! Check out what it’s about and then fall in love with this gorgeous cover: About All Broke Down: In this second book in New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Cora Carmack’s New Adult, Texas-set Rusk University series, which began with All Lined Up, a young woman discovers […]
Squeee! If you loved the Fixed trilogy as much as I did, today is going to be your favorite day of the week, maybe the month! We get to read the inner thoughts of Hudson! We saw how…effed up…Hudson is from Alayna’s point of view in the first books. One of the things I always loved about the series is that they’re both so messed up in the exact opposite way. Hudson should’ve been detrimental to Alayna’s mental health, but instead he pretty much saves her. And she him. Now, we get to read his side of the story.
I am ridiculously excited to bring you the Release Day Launch for One More Night by Lauren Blakely, the third full-length novel from her first Erotic Romance Series, The Seductive Nights Series!
If you haven’t noticed yet, I’ve been eating up the Broken Men Chronicles. So, the first one was a little sad for me, but the second one was much more lighthearted, and Play me to Infinity replaced sadness with crazy people, which is always AWESOME in my book. I’m so sad that I’m caught up on the series. It’s like the feeling at the end of that Netflix binge when you realize that now you have to wait a whole seven days between episodes. What is this blasphemy? At least I only have to wait a few weeks, according to […]
Have you gotten around to reading Someone for Me yet? I gobbled it up digital cover to cover the same day as the release. If you haven’t yet decided whether or not you’re going to splurge on this one (and really, at $3.99, it’s not even a splurge), maybe this excerpt from Ally and Morgan’s housewarming party at the beginning of the book will help you make the decision to one-click purchase:
Another week, another roundup of deals! I hope you all had a relaxing Fourth of July. I read 3 books poolside the other day, so I can definitely say my holiday was great! How did I find these? I subscribe to a few newsletters that email you a list of books that are free or on sale. It’s great. Even though I usually end up buying more books that way, I still probably save because books on my wish list are frequently listed, and I know to buy them sooner rather than later. You can sign up for the newsletters […]
Sorry, Travis. I have a new favorite Maddox brother. Thank you, Beautiful Oblivion. I loved so many parts of Travis and Abby’s relationship, but there were also a lot of things wrong with it. More so than in your average alpha male romance novel. A lot of people are saying Beautiful Oblivion is too similar to Beautiful Disaster‘s story. It is very similar. But to me, it’s a better relationship in the end. I pre-ordered this for my Kindle as soon as I could, and then received a nice little email from Klout about two weeks ago. What was it for? […]
Hiya, Addison Moore! Happy Book Birthday! I’m a HUGE fan of Addison, between the Someone to Love series, the 3:AM Kisses series, and Beautiful Oblivion. My book buddy at work is also a huge fan of hers, and most book discussions end up comparing books to hers. Her characters banter and bang like the best of them (wink, wink). So how excited do you think I am that the first release day blitz I’m ever participating in is for her latest book? This is me right now! Here we go:
